Opening day for the 2008 season of the Great Falls’ Farmer’s Market is June 7th, 2008.  The Market Bucks prize giveaway was so popular last year that they are bringing it back.  There will be a prize giveaway at every Market and a grand prize on Customer Appreciation Day, September 13th.  To enter the drawings collect one Market Buck for every $5.00 you spend at participating vendors, fill in your name and phone number and deposit your Market Bucks in collection containers throughout the Market.

The Great Falls’ Farmer’s Market is the biggest family-friendly social event in Great Falls and it happens in the Civic Center Park every Saturday from 7:45am to noon June through September.  On July 9th they are adding a Wednesday evening Market from 4:30 to 6:30pm.  There’s something for everyone whether you’re looking for fresh fruits and produce, baked goods, jams and jellies, or a unique gift from one of our many talented crafters.  Feeling hungry?  There’s food for every taste including fry bread, smoothies, porkies on a stick, and much more.  Pony rides for the kids, a variety of musicians, and special events round out the list of fun things to do and see.  You won’t want to miss it.
