Will the Wall Street Bailout pay for the bonus?

automakers using the Wall Street Bail Out Money? |
Learn more about the Wall Street Bailout Bill that was filled with $110 Billion of earmark PORK from the Senate and renamed the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act". H.R. 1424 was voted on and passed by the Democratic led Senate, Democratic led House and signed into law by our Republican President.
The American public was AGAINST the Wall Street Bailout Bill (H.R. 1424). Why did the bill get passed silently through the Senate and the House even though thousands of Americans called, emailed, and wrote letters apposing the bill?
"Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) announced that she received 91,000 calls and emails, with 85,000 of them opposed to the measure." (She voted FOR the bill because America does NOT understand the New Improved Bill.)
Has socialism taken over the United States of America, or is the America so far out of touch with Congress and their Bills that we do NOT understand the Wisdom of our elected officials who represent the U.S. Voter.
How many times will the American Public re-elect the same members of the House and Senate who continue to vote along party lines, rather then voting to represent the people who elected them?

What will the Bailout Cost U.S. Tax-Payers?
If you don't pay taxes you can go to jail.
When Billions of Tax payers dollars are used illegally and/or without wisdom who goes to jail?
Why is the Bail Out such a rush when they knew about it since 2004???? -
